After a great sickness changed the world, wannabe-samurai Tycho leaves CD City to find distraction from the static thoughts that plague his mind. He stumbles upon a penguin detective named Phillip R. Phlop and his bear companion, Waylon, who offer Tycho just what he needs: adventure.
